Return Process

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
